The UnderWraps Underwear® Adaptive Men’s Brief combines the familiar look and support of a traditional men’s brief with innovative adaptive features designed to make dressing easier. At the heart of the design is the distinctive Belted Front, a registered design with IP Australia.

Created for men who find bending, balancing or stepping into underwear difficult, the brief can be put on while standing, sitting or lying down.

First, secure the waistband comfortably around your waist. Bring the brief through your legs and fasten each side, eliminating the need to lift either foot through a leg opening.

This dressing method may help reduce strain on the hips, knees and back while also reducing the need to balance on one leg. The soft side fasteners make the brief easier to open, secure and adjust while maintaining a discreet appearance underneath clothing.

The classic brief shape provides comfortable everyday support without the additional leg coverage of a trunk. A high back offers reassuring coverage and helps the garment remain comfortably in place.

The Adaptive Men’s Brief is made from premium Tanboocel™ fabric—a beautifully soft blend of 94% bamboo and 6% elastane. The fabric is breathable, flexible and gentle against the skin, providing comfortable stretch as the body moves.

Tanboocel™ bamboo fabric is moisture-wicking and temperature-regulating, helping to support freshness and comfort throughout the day.
