This may be particularly useful during recovery from surgery or when hip, knee, back or balance limitations make conventional underwear difficult to manage.

The trunk silhouette provides additional coverage across the upper thighs while offering a supportive, close-to-the-body fit. The leg shape provides greater coverage than a traditional men’s brief and creates a smooth appearance underneath clothing.

Soft, low-profile side fasteners provide easier access without making the underwear look bulky or clinical.

The Adaptive Men’s Trunk is made from premium Tanboocel™ fabric—a beautifully soft blend of 94% bamboo and 6% elastane. The fabric feels smooth and breathable against the skin while providing gentle stretch for comfortable movement.

Tanboocel™ bamboo fabric is moisture-wicking and temperature-regulating, helping to support freshness and comfort throughout the day.
